Standard Software

PCs in the lab normally have Windows XP Pro, Office 2007, antivirus (currently McAfee), FireFox, Adobe Reader, Quicktime, Flash Player, Java, PDFCreater/CutePDF or Adobe Acrobat, cygwin, spybot s&d, ssh, etc.

Windows PCs in the lab are set up to be part of the DYNAMICSLAB windows domain, and get user-specific shares from dynamic.

IP Addresses

All are 128.223 and uoregon.edu. Note that Skippy, Zippy, Agile, and Frisky are getting dynamic addresses rather than static. Static assignment is needed for servers (including Linux and any PCs running TCP services such as sshd).
